Account and Data Deletion

AI Usage lets signed-in users request deletion of their AI Usage account, account-linked data, or synced snapshots.

What can be deleted

• Firebase account-linked user record.
• Connected Windows device records.
• Synced usage snapshots.
• Display cache data associated with the account.

AI Usage does not store provider access tokens, refresh tokens, API keys, provider credential files, local file paths, or raw logs in Firebase.

Request data deletion without deleting your account

You may request deletion of synced Windows device records, synced usage snapshots, or display cache data without deleting your AI Usage account.

Email datell1357@naver.com with the subject AI Usage data deletion request.

In the email, include the Google email address used to sign in and describe which data you want deleted, such as synced device records or synced snapshots.

Processing

Deletion requests are reviewed manually. Requested account data, synced device records, synced snapshots, or display cache data will be deleted unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal, or operational reasons.
